Each operation has its own operating procedure agreed by our R&D department after approval tests.
Internal traceability procedures guarantees immediate availability of the material certificates and of the applied manufacturing procedure.

The manufacturing of a heat exchanger is a complex process as it addresses many different technologies that require a very good knowledge of metal properties and behaviour.

That is the reason why each new design is carefully analyzed before entering production.

The ACTE heat exchange surfaces are tested far behind the different solicitations encountered throughout their life time. ACTE developed specific test benches to compare the theoretically predicted life time and the practical one. The samples tested are always extract from the production line.
