As the core is manufactured in a continuous process thanks to a highly automated production line, its cost is very competitive when compared to more classical assemblies of 100's of plates required for older technologies.

The unique conception of the ACTE heat exchanger matrix minimises the number of parts to be assembled to only two sheets. A low rejection rate enables also to minimise the cost of production.
